Getting Ready to Retire

You have many important decisions to make before you retire. Here are resources to help you get started.

• Download the UPMC Retirement Guide (PDF) to learn more about retiring.
• Notify your Human Resources representative of your retirement date at least three months in advance.
• Go online to access Your Benefits Resources by entering My HUB, clicking on the Human Resources tab, and then selecting My Retirement under My Benefits. You will be linked directly to the Your Benefits Resources website

  call the UPMC Retirement Line at 1-877-206-8264, press * 0 and ask to speak to a Retirement Specialist between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST Monday through Friday.

Benefits described may not be applicable to all staff. Some business units have unique benefit programs, certain job classifications may affect benefit eligibility, and contract terms determine benefits for physicians and members of collective bargaining units.
