Each medical option includes a deductible. Staff participating in MyHealth are rewarded for their healthy behavior with a deductible credit. The value of the 2010 deductible credit is $500 individual/$1,000 family.

Important Dates
Open Enrollment will be held from Monday, Nov. 2 through Friday, Nov. 13, 2009 for coverage effective Jan. 1, 2010.
Other important dates:
- Benefit Fairs
- MyHealth requirement deadline
- Dependent Documentation due Dec. 15
- Voluntary benefits enrollment closes Nov.30
- Life Insurance Evidence of Insurability due Dec. 30
- Confirmation Statements available early December
- Health Plan and FSA enrollment cards mailed late December (only to staff with new or changed elections); Staff not making changes should keep their current card.
